Function CalculateTax()

Description

Calculates sales tax (State and local tax for US, PST and GST for Canada) 

Syntax

BOOL CalculateTax()

Return Values

Returns TRUE if it calculates tax successfully. Set values in StateTaxOrPST, LocalTaxOrGST and TotalTax.

Returns FALSE if there is an error. Stores error message in ErrorMessage.
